THE DETROIT RETRO SOCIETY

The Detroit Retro Society is a high‑energy collective of world‑class musicians delivering a electrifying live show rooted in the soul, funk, and grit of Detroit music. As headliners, they bring commanding stage presence, deep grooves, and a sound that bridges generations with effortless swagger.

Members of the band have shared the stage with legendary artists including The Temptations, Parliament Funkadelic, Foreigner, and Aretha Franklin, while also performing alongside modern icons such as Sturgill Simpson, Kid Rock, and GRiZ. With influences spanning Motown, funk, jazz, rock, and their signature Detroit Music Show, The Detroit Retro Society fuses classic authenticity with contemporary energy—leaving festival crowds fully locked in from the first note to the last.

Haley Schattschneider is a Nashville‑based vocalist celebrated for her versatility across jazz, gospel, pop, and contemporary Christian music. A Belmont University–trained singer, she is known for her expressive delivery and polished musicianship in both live and studio settings.

 

Haley has performed and recorded with acclaimed artists including Sheryl Crow, Amy Grant, Stephen Curtis Chapman, Stephen Schwartz, Stephanie J. Block, Russell Dickerson, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, Phil Wickham, and Essential Worship, and has contributed vocals to projects with leading audio brands such as Warm Audio, Austrian Audio, and Produce Like A Pro. Her debut album, Over the Moon (Club44 Records), features jazz‑inspired interpretations of moon‑themed classics and achieved Top 20, Top 10, and Top 5 placements on the iTunes Jazz charts, earning hundreds of thousands of streams worldwide.

A vibrant professional ensemble in Northeast Ohio, The Cleveland Vocal Project combines the tapestry of genre-bending contemporary music, and the reimagining of iconic songs from the last 75 years.  

Crafted by a team of professionally trained and seasoned arrangers, singers, and instrumentalists, our work celebrates enduring contributions to contemporary music culture. Each arrangement transforms familiar melodies into fresh, immersive experiences that honor their roots while pushing creative boundaries.

 

Whether it’s the silky harmonies of classic R&B or the pulsating rhythms of Fusion, Pop/Rock, R&B, and Latin, The Cleveland Vocal Project captures the emotional depth and cultural significance of these genres. Join us in celebrating the timeless power of music, crafted by a professional team united to inspire and uplift through song. The Cleveland Vocal Project is:  Chris Venesile (director/pianist/vocalist), Emily Laycock-Smith (soprano), Halle Shadrake (second soprano), Kat Pennington-Louzi (alto), Joshua Beacom (tenor) and Emilio Jarufe (bass).

THE BEAN TONES

The Bean Tones are a vocal jazz quartet that performs original arrangements and covers of a wide range of classic and contemporary music. Founded in 2018 while attending Berklee College of Music, the group began as a barbershop quartet before transitioning to primarily performing vocal jazz arrangements. They are now based in Los Angeles.

Inspired by groups such as The Four Freshmen and The Hi-Lo’s, The Bean Tones blend their unique and charismatic sound with the vocal traditions of the 40’s and 50’s to create an exciting new sound for new audiences!
